WALKER, Edward Arthur, Reg No 204165 Driver NZ Army. Passed away peacefully at Waikato Hospital surrounded by his family on Monday, 20th November 2023, aged 94 years. Dearly loved husband of Shirley for almost 70 years. Much loved father & father in-law of Neville & Leonie, Kevin & Beth, Murray & Kim, Judith & Andrew, Sharon & Steve, Colin & Andrea, and Grandad to 22 Grandchildren and 28 Great Grandchildren.
A celebration of Edward’s life will be held at St John’s Anglican Church, 162 Arawata St, Te Awamutu on Tuesday, the 28th of November 2023 at 11:00am followed by the burial at The Te Awamutu RSA Lawn Cemetery. Donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service. All communications to the Walker Family c/- 262 Ohaupo Road, Te Awamutu 3800.
